Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son and Hoang Thi Nhu Y took lead in the contest

Yesterday afternoon, October 21, the World Youth Chess Championships 2008 came to the 2nd chess game. In the 2nd chess game, key chess players of Vietnam had the ability to achieve medals were keeping their stabile manners: Champion Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son checkmated Rasulov Vugar (Azecbaijan); Hoang Thi Nhu Y checkmated England player - Amisha Parmar and all gained 2 points, took the top group in U18 male and U16 female contents.
 
Also in the 2nd chess game in U14 female of chess player Nguyen Thi Mai Hung was ended in a draw with French competitor Eid Maha.

Win the victory in the first match, in 2nd chess game, Le Dinh Nguyen Anh (Ba Ria-Vung Tau) continued to show a high manner when drawing against athlete Yao Wilton (New Zealand). Today, October 22, the athletes come to the 3rd and 4th chess games.

Tran My Linh, a German of Vietnamese descent athlete join contest in U14 female content At the 2008 World Youth Chess Championships, athlete Tran My Linh in the U14 female content, under clothes color of the German team.

My Linh is the German of Vietnamese descent, was born in Hoa Long commune, Ba Ria town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, came to Germany with her family since she was a child.

In 2008, My Linh won the 3rd grade in U13 content of the Youth Chess Championships of Germany and was selected in the German team to take part in the Championships 2008.
